Get Connected in Fashion is a networking platform for the industry created by the CTFC. This event is what it says “get connected”, with the focus of facilitating the process of matchmaking and creation of business opportunities within the sector. The event is mainly attended by designers, manufacturers, CMT firms, retailers and other fashion industry players. Apart from networking opportunities provided at the event, Get Connected in Fashion also presents industry specialists that are sharing their expertise while addressing key industry topics.

Other more informal networking sessions have also been arranged such as the networking session; Growing Brands to sustain and create jobs in South Africa, held on the last day of Cape Town Fashion Week with the PGWC’s Minister of Finance, Economic Development and Tourism and various other industry heavy weights.
